View Shopee orders


To view Shopee order in your store

  1. Go to MICES SyncGo for Opencart – Shopee dashboard, click “Orders”
  2. You will see list of Shopee order
  3. To view a particular order, click “View” in action column
  4. You can view the order history and stock management in the order details. If the product failed to deduct stock due to the product not found, the “Not found” message will be displayed.
