MICES SyncGo is not just about syncing your products, update prices and inventory to marketplaces. If there is order made in marketplace, MICES SyncGo helps you to deduct inventory in Shopify.

To enable inventory sync

1. Find the shop you want to enable. In the right-top side, click the “Setting” icon.
   
2. In the Shop’s setting, Enable the inventory management, select order status to be deducted and order status to be added back to inventory. Please note that MICES SyncGo will restock only if the inventory is deducted.

View inventory history

1. Find the shop you want to view. In the right-top side, click the “Setting” icon.
   
2. In the Shop’s setting, click the “Inventory History”.
